Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week

General family medicine population - Case Mix:
General outpatient family practice
- Office Equipment Available:
Clinic equipment; access to imaging, labs, and specialty consults at main campus - Specialty Backup Available:
Cardiology, respiratory therapy, tele-stroke program, etc. - Support Staff Available:
Full clinic and hospital staff support - Reason for Coverage:
Permanent staffing need
- Rate: $ $ annual salary
- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance:
Relocation and housing negotiable - Additional
- Medical, Dental, Vision coverage for provider and family - 403(b) retirement with employer contributions - CME and PTO accrual - Excellent full benefits package REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- General family medicine diagnostic and treatment procedures
- Licenses:
Active Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain) - Certifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Experience:
Less than 1 year accepted - Other
Qualifications:
- Commitment to professional conduct and confidentiality - Ability to follow all clinic treatment, procedure, and medication guidelines - Collaborative and constructive communication style
- Deliver outpatient clinical care within the scope of family medicine
- Adhere to clinic policies and applicable regulations
- Work cooperatively with other staff and departments
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to staff and providers
- Support the organization's mission of high-quality rural healthcare
