We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Family Medicine physician for a locum tenens position near Union, WA. This opportunity involves providing essential primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting. Your expertise and commitment will ensure high-quality patient care during the assignment period.

Position Details:

• Patients per Day: 18 - 20

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Coverage Needed: Monday - Friday weekly
• Full Time Preferred: Yes, but multiple part-time locums (no more than
  2) accepted to fill the schedule
• Minimum Length of Commitment: 6 months
• Specific or Urgent Dates: General coverage at this point

Responsibilities:

• Outpatient Primary Care: In-person patient visits, managing task boxes, and handling medication refills.
• No Required Procedures: Focus is on general primary care duties.
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants (MAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will be available to assist.
• Reason for Coverage: Covering for a provider on extended medical leave and supporting a growth position in the clinic.

Certification Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• DEA License
• Washington State Medical License

Additional Information:

• EMR System: Epic
• Full-Time Coverage: Preferred, or a minimum of 2 weeks per month commitment.
• Deal Breakers: Need a locum who can commit to full-time coverage or at least 2 weeks per month.
