A physician-owned and governed multispecialty group in Wenatchee, WA is hiring a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician for their established practice. The Wenatchee Valley is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, outdoor recreational activities, and vibrant community!
Opportunity Highlights
- Join 5 Pediatricians + 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek
- 100% outpatient-only practice

Compensation and Benefits
- First year salary range is $258,800 - $279,785
- One-year partnership track
- Signing bonus + stellar relocation allowance (up to $20,000)
- Up to $125,000 internal loan repayment as well as governmental loan repayment
- Benefits include healthcare/vision/dental insurance annual premium paid for provider and family; CME allowance of $10,000 bi-annually; paid state license, local society dues, AMA dues, medical staff dues, and DEA license fees; 401k retirement plan with employer match; life insurance; long term disability insurance; professional liability insurance; paid time off; and much more
