  • No additional on-site trauma or pediatric support required (Level 4 trauma facility)

• Board Certification:
  Board Eligible or Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Licensure:
  Valid Washington State license or eligibility under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• Certifications:
  No specific BLS, ACLS, or PALS certifications required

• Credentialing:

  • Streamlined credentialing process with a 30-day timeframe for temporary privileges
