Right At School brings engaging before- and after-school extended day programs to local school districts, emphasizing disguised learning activities and daily enrichment for the success of all students.

Pay Rate: $17.25 – $19.25 (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday through Friday 7:00 am–7:45 am
2:15 pm–6:00 pm

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and promote team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare and lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Lead by Example:
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals. Model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy:
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols. Document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communicate:
  Provide effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements
• First Aid and CPR‑in‑person certification
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• Proof of MMR vaccination
• 18 + years of age
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required
