New Life Fellowship (Graham, WA) – Youth and Worship Pastor

New Life Fellowship of Graham seeks a full‑time Youth and Worship Pastor to lead the youth ministry and worship portion of Sunday service. The role reports to the Senior Pastor and aims to equip youth, families, and worship staff in Bible‑centered ministry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee student ministries, including Junior and Senior High youth, discipleship and evangelism.
• Manage the Children’s Ministry and build relationships with youth parents.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead the worship service each week, ensuring alignment with the weekly message.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and elders to develop worship services that support the church’s vision.
• Provide weekly office hours and be available to the congregation as a servant leader.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated conformity to Biblical leadership qualifications (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1; 1 Peter 5).
• Committed to a rural community setting and able to serve diverse members.
• Aligns with the church’s doctrinal statements and polity.
• Must become a member of New Life Fellowship of Graham.
• Exhibits humility, teachability, and a desire for pastoral discipline.
• Organized, reliable, and available for regular weekly office hours.
• (Preferred) Married.
• (Preferred) Pursuing or holding a Certificate, BA, or BS in Biblical Studies.
• (Preferred) Prior leadership experience as a Youth and Worship Pastor.

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time, 40‑hour week. Salary range $85,000 – $95,000, depending on experience. Benefits include insurance, paid time off and holidays in accordance with church policy.
