Right At School

$22.50–$24.50 per hour (based on education and experience)

• Before School: 6:15 am–9:35 am Monday—Friday
• After School: 3:00 pm–6:00 pm (Wednesday only 2:00 pm–6:00 pm)

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. • Maintain safety & joy standards by supporting a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities with staff, keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensuring program tasks are completed effectively.
• Support and report on safety protocols, pinpoint and mitigate potential risks.
• Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, children; respond promptly to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to support program goals and implement changes as guided.
• Maintain accurate student check‑in/out records and “name‑to‑face” attendance procedures.
• Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum to provide a safe, engaging environment.

• Experience handling competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• 12 college credits (100+ level) minimum.
• Experience working with children, including those with unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Excellent communication skills—oral, written, visual—with adults and children.
• Professionalism when dealing with students, parents, staff, community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

• Must meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR (in‑person).
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR vaccination.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Age 18+.
• 12 college credits (100+ level) minimum.
• Background check with fingerprinting.
