Paraprofessional General Classroom

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate Paraprofessional to join our educational team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with certified teachers to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development. This full-time position offers a four-day workweek, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

• Instructional support: Assist the lead teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and lesson plans for small groups or individual students.
• Classroom Management: Help maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.
• Student Supervision

  Supervise students during classroom activities, breakfast and lunch, recess, and transitions between classes.

Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to work with children from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Bilingual preferred but not required.
