569011### Job Title Product Design Quality Engineer###
Job Description The Product Design Quality Engineer ensures design control processes, validating and transferring designs, maintaining quality documentation, and driving quality improvements through risk management, root cause analysis, and Post Market Surveillance insights.
** Your role:
*** Part of global design and development teams supporting Philips Oral Healthcare business unit.
* Focus on delivering power toothbrushes, power flossers, whitening solutions, and product improvements worldwide.
* Product design quality engineers located in USA, Netherlands, India, China, and Panama; primary hub in Bothell, Washington.
* Collaborates with R&D, Project Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other functions.
* Ensures solutions meet consumer and business needs while complying with global regulations and standards.
* Offers opportunities for professional growth across multiple areas within Philips.
* Develops knowledge and experience in quality engineering, design, and development disciplines.
** You're the right fit if:
** 1. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, R&D engineering or no prior experience with Master’s Degree.
2. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, science or equivalent.
3. Desired certifications on Quality Engineering, Six Sigma or Reliability engineering.
4. Desired experience with execution of ISO 14971, ISO 10993 and hazardous substance management requirements.
** How we work together
** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office/administrative role.
