MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Location:West Valley City, UT
Reports to:Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Compensation:$100 – $115K bonus

As a Manufacturing Engineer you’ll refine production methods and drive operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product engineering to enhance process performance, product quality, and scalability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to make a lasting impact in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and work-holding solutions.
- Lead and support process validation and data-driven problem solving.
- Partner with operators to create and maintain standardized work instructions.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to resolve issues and drive improvement.
- Lead or support engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate across teams to strengthen process control and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience with catheter manufacturing highly desired.
- Knowledge of medical device regulations (CFR 820, ISO 13485) preferred.
- Experience with plastics, injection molding, or press-forming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (RCA, DOE, SPC) along with understanding of tolerances and thermal analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Spanish proficiency a plus. - Lean or Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience preferred.
