Role & Responsibilities- Apply and deploy project quality strategy.
- Control quality activities on site to ensure compliance with instruction and objectives.
- Manage, ensure on‑time delivery and control of quality deliverables.
- Participate in the feedback of experience process.
- Supervise and inspect works under responsibility (including subcontractors) to ensure compliance with technical, standard regulations, quality, EHS and contractual requirements.
- Ensure procedures are in place and respected at every step of the installation works.
- Communicate with engineering for support or site technical inquiries.
- Produce/complete requested records (site record sheet, inspection report, etc.) following control procedures.
- Ensure that site record sheets are well complete (measurements, temperature, instruments name & number, names, date, unit, reference, etc.).
- Analyze and verify conformity of measurements with support of the technical supervisor, manage, complete and follow inspection & test plans (ITP).
- Manage stakeholder witness/hold point planning for site phase and coordinate notification to stakeholders.
- Monitor inspections and tests during assembly and commissioning to ensure they are conducted, checked, approved, and documented as prescribed in the ITP and technical documents.
- Inspect Engineering Instruction (DI) related to activities to validate conformity of works performed vs instruction. Sign DI and classify it into Site History Docket.
- Manage and control measuring and testing equipment on site (including calibration certificates).
- Obtain and validate qualifications (e.g., welders, NDT inspectors) according to works performed.
- Validate that equipment is calibrated before tests or measurements and that certificates are available.
- Control measurement and test methods to ensure compliance with technical/standard requirements.
- Validate and review documentation produced by subcontractors to ensure compliance with project management and contractual requirements.
- Manage and keep updated site history dockets during the entire site activities.
- Prevent any non‑conformity.
- Detect anomalies and record them in the NCM database.
- Report any high‑critical non‑conformity.
- Re‑inspect non‑conformities to ensure work is corrected and close NCR in the NCM database.
- Participate in NC, CoNQ root cause analysis and provide feedback to site team.
- Assign redlines and ensure supervisor and subcontractor document modifications. Control information on red‑line drawings to ensure conformity with process HN‑PS‑0‑Q‑I‑001 “Redline drawings”. Own red‑line drawings (validation, recording, conformity, transmission).
- Ensure use of approved documentation and latest revision; control if subcontractors use latest drawings revision or specifications.
