About

The Role

Windsor is looking for motivated individuals excited to help shape its future. As a Stormwater Engineer | Project Manager you’ll lead complex projects, mentor teammates, and develop lasting client relationships across multiple states.

What You'll Do
  • Drive project success as Lead Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing multiple stormwater projects while ensuring quality deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record, developing innovative stormwater management solutions and leading technical analyses using advanced modeling tools.
  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive stormwater management plans, technical reports, and permitting documents.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long‑term relationships.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Complete site visits as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a similar degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in OR and/or WA or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
  • 7-15 years of progressive experience in stormwater engineering, including:
    • Advanced proficiency in stormwater modeling software (WWHM, MGS Flood, Hydro

      CAD or similar).
    • Extensive experience with ArcGIS and Civil 3D for modeling and design.
    • Demonstrated project management success.
    • Strong understanding of stormwater and water resource permitting requirements in WA and/or OR.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong written, verbal and technical communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
