Customer Service Rep
Part‑time Parking Supervisor – Snoqualmie Pass Ski Resort
Salary: $26.00 per hour. Schedule will include weekends and holidays.

- Working with the Operations Manager, providing assistance to resort staff using Metropolis apps.
- Running back‑end reports.
- Assisting parkers as needed.
- Most shifts are outside in rain, snow, and cold weather.
Customer Service & Guest Support
- Greet and welcome guests entering parking lots and garages.
- Assist guests with subscribing to Metropolis technology and navigating parking processes.
- Promote strong customer relations by providing friendly, professional, and solution‑oriented service.
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries on‑site.
- Courteously assist customers with any issues or concerns.
Operational Support
- Assist in daily operational management to ensure compliance with contractual and company guidelines.
- Support management duties as assigned, including substituting for other roles when necessary.
- Participate in initiatives to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the facility layout and major nearby streets, landmarks, and freeways.
Parking Enforcement & Safety
- Patrol designated parking areas to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
- Write and issue parking violations according to policy.
- Document violations via photo using company‑provided handheld devices.
- Report accidents, safety hazards, policy violations, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
Maintenance & Facility Care
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of parking areas including sweeping, trash pickup, and emptying bins.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, and other maintenance tasks as directed.
Other Duties
- Complete additional tasks as needed to support site operations.
- Maintain flexibility to work various shifts and locations within the assigned area.
Essential Requirements
- Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of a valid state‑issued driver’s license, if required to drive a company vehicle.
- Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends, as needed.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to present information in one‑on‑one situations to customers and employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two‑digit numbers and tens and hundreds, including operations with American currency.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance and uniform at all times.
- Regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally sit, climb or balance; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Salary Range
: $26.00 per hour
