• Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians - State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for dealing the game of poker in accordance with gaming policies and procedures.
• Arrive at designated workstation and/or relieve dealer 5 minutes before shift time, ensuring the floor is clear of vision when going in or coming off the game.
• Greets all customers and, when possible, acknowledges known players in an appropriate manner.
• Projects positive body language on live and dead games.
• Encourages eye contact on dead games with customers to encourage play.
• Maintains a friendly and professional attitude at all times towards customers and all employees.
• Demonstrates attentiveness while dealing the game, placing cards on the table and interacting with customers to ensure protection of the game and maximize the company s assets.
• Communicate all pertinent information to Poker Floor Supervisor and Poker Shift Supervisor as stipulated in departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure control and protection of company assets.
• Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.
• May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires a minimum of 500-1000 verifiable hours of dealing experience at a live table or successful completion of Northern Quest Casino Poker class.
• Prerequisite:
  Must pass an audition to be considered for employment.
• Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
