Bingo Host
The Bingo Host is an essential member of the team at The Point Casino & Hotel, responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional entertainment experience while upholding high standards of service and professionalism.
How You'll Make an Impact- Communicate clearly and effectively with Bingo and Entertainment team members, as well as with other departments
- Deliver a high level of guest service and satisfaction throughout the property
- Maintain accurate and complete departmental documentation, records, and reports
- Demonstrate reliable, consistent attendance
- Represent the organization with a positive, professional attitude at all times
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong guest service skills, including friendliness, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook
