Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Psychiatric RN, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Counselor to provide onsite mental health services at the Wilkes County Jail in Georgia.

With a commitment of up to 2 hours per week, this opportunity is ideal for a mental health professional looking to use their expertise in a correctional healthcare setting while maintaining flexibility in their existing schedule.

• Provide onsite mental health services to patients in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations.
• Identify patient needs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Offer supportive counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare personnel regarding patient mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Support continuity of care and promote quality mental health services.

Please note:

This position requires onsite services only. Telehealth is not available for this role.

• Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensed Social Worker

Applicants must hold the applicable license or credentials required for their professional role and be able to provide mental health services in accordance with applicable requirements.
