Operations Manager
As a Management & Program Analyst, you will serve as an expert analyst supporting project management staff. Additionally, you will oversee a staff of employees that include experts who manage specific regional program work.
Location of position: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Northwest/Arctic Region, Design & Construction Division
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
DutiesTo qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing highly complex management studies and high-level business and programmatic analysis; providing expert advice in implementing project management activities, including planning, management, execution and coordination of directives and program initiatives; and providing direction and guidance to teams.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $111,026 for Anchorage, AK; $105,666 for Portland, OR; $98,496 for Spokane, WA and $109,546 for Seattle and Tacoma, WA per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
