• Full Wage Range: $21.65 - $57.73 per hour (Represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position)

Under the direct supervision of the Section 8 & TBRA Program Manager, the Eligibility Specialist performs a variety of essential day-to-day functions associated with the Housing Choice Voucher (Section
8) and/or TBRA Program; interviews applicants and participants; conducts briefings and orientations; executes housing assistance payment contracts and other related documents; assures accurate and timely housing assistant payments; and maintains a caseload for rental subsidy determinations.
