Position OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will serve as the trusted front‑line leader for an outpatient clinic. Your focus will be on delivering high‑quality patient care, developing and leading a cross‑functional clinical team, and managing clinic operations and financial performance.
What You’ll Do- Build strong relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to reach their full potential and deliver excellent patient care.
- Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring.
- Lead the clinic during its open hours, ensuring seamless patient flow and clinical service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive regional goals and standards.
- Act autonomously with the support of company leadership while fostering continuous improvement and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Promote and reinforce DaVita’s values, rewarding behaviors that reflect shared beliefs and standards.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. - Minimum one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military settings; equivalent renal experience considered.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Strong collaboration skills; ability to work closely with clinical and financial teams.
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
