Our Client, a leader in the Medical Device industry, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative. The role is based in Bothell, WA, a vibrant city nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest and surrounded by neighboring cities such as Kirkland, Woodinville, and Lynnwood. The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of selling medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, and will use their extensive knowledge of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and healthcare regulations to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles.

Qualifications

Applicants must have experience in healthcare sales, with a specific focus on medical devices. Understanding hospital procurement processes is essential. A comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, surgical procedures, and healthcare regulations is required. Familiarity with value analysis committees, clinical evaluations, and OR protocol is vital. The candidate must be comfortable with clinical training and supporting live procedures. Strong relationships with healthcare providers and procurement teams are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Medical Device Sales Representative will be tasked with promoting and selling our client’s advanced medical devices to healthcare facilities. They will need to understand the features and benefits of each product in order to effectively promote them to potential customers. They will also need to understand the needs and concerns of healthcare providers, and provide solutions that meet these needs.

The successful candidate will also need to navigate complex healthcare sales cycles and understand hospital procurement processes.

Pay/Benefits

The salary range for this role is $80044-$115044 per year. Our client also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
