Senior Helpers - South Tacoma is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you will provide one‑on‑one support that allows seniors to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are a woman‑owned, family‑run business, and we pride ourselves on treating both our clients and our caregivers like family.

Pay: $20.50 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification). Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time.

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through conversation and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, walking, and personal hygiene.
• Support light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in hobbies and recreational activities such as games, gardening, or crafts.
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community outings.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current HCA or CNA certification preferred.
• At least one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• At least two satisfactory references from previous employers.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document in English using a mobile app.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
