• Lead 2–3 one‑hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence‑based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery‑oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

• Salary range: $58,000–$81,000 per year (based on experience and education).
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Active, fully independent WA license: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT and/or Certified SUDP.
• Minimum two years’ experience leading groups in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products, mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
• Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9 p.m. as needed.
• Preferred backgrounds include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication‑assisted treatment (MAT).
