Pharmacy Manager – Full Time – Port Gamble S'Klallam Pharmacy
Vytl One (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a compassionate, customer service‑oriented Pharmacy Manager for a community healthcare center–based retail pharmacy located in Kingston, WA. In this integrated model, the Pharmacy Manager will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team‑based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients. Vytl One, headquartered in Amarillo, TX, will manage the pharmacy.
The Pharmacy Manager, a Vytl One employee, is a competent, dynamic leader who is responsible for the coordination of patient services within the pharmacy and supervision of pharmacy staff.
Pharmacy hours Monday‑Friday 9a‑6p, closed 2p‑3p for lunch; possible Saturday hours with pharmacy growth.
Responsibilities- Assist the Regional Director of Pharmacy and/or the Executive VP of Operations to ensure the pharmacy provides optimal service, meets legal and accreditation/certification requirements, and complies with all policies and standards of Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation.
- Maintain daily operation of pharmacy department by supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the routine performance of their duties.
- Provide appropriate technical and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
- Review and update established drug‑therapy guidelines and other policies and procedures, in conjunction with the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations, for use by physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Provide drug information to meet the needs of physicians and nurses through direct contact or in‑service programs.
- Prepare various reports and maintain records or supervise the maintenance of records as required or requested by the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations.
- Maintain current knowledge of drug therapies and drug reactions and interactions by reading professional literature, attending seminars and utilizing professional affiliations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current/Clear Washington State Pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic‑based pharmacy management experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

Targeted yearly salary range of $170,000–$190,000 per year, depending on experience.
