Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT/Radiologic Technologist with at least 3 years of imaging experience and current Washington State licensure.

• Work in a hospital-based diagnostic imaging department
• Perform general diagnostic radiography, portable/bedside, and computed tomography (CT) exams
• Operate radiographic, CT, portable, and C-Arm equipment including use in the operating room
• Patient population varies and includes all age groups
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Responsibilities include obtaining high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Follow department protocols and use appropriate technical factors and immobilization devices
• Demonstrate proper use of safety and protective equipment
• May be required to float within the department as needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Regular participation in staff meetings and continuing education is expected
• No specific radius rule for local candidates

• Successful completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Minimum of 3 years of imaging experience required, with specific experience in CT imaging
• Must have a current Washington State DOH Certified Radiologic Technologist license
• Active ARRT (R) registration required
• Current BLS certification is required
• License required if applicable
