Rehab Visions South Bend PT & Sports Medicine Clinic, located in South Bend, Washington, has been serving the community for 13 years. Our outpatient clinic is owned and operated by Rehab Visions. This full‑time position offers growth opportunities, a primarily outpatient caseload with occasional inpatient coverage at Willapa Harbor Hospital (acute care and swing bed), and a pay‑for‑performance plan.

• Pay range: $39 – $45 per hour depending on experience, plus a flexible $8,000 career bonus.

• Assess and treat patients.

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master’s (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of a certified occupational‑therapy program.
