Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing occupational therapy services for students across a comprehensive K-12 school setting, this contract position based in Granite Falls, WA, offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population within a dynamic educational environment. The role involves working full-time onsite at the district, serving ages 3 to 22 district-wide, collaborating closely with an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver occupational therapy services to an assigned caseload of approximately 70 students.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students educational and developmental needs.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and district policies.
* Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and
Experience:
* Current and valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license.
* Experience or interest in school-based occupational therapy services; no prior school experience required.
* Ability to work full time onsite (37.5 hours per week) within the district.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Commitment to serving a wide age range of students (3-22 years).
Location and Term:
This position is onsite in Granite Falls, Washington, within a public K-12 school district. The contract begins as soon as possible and extends through June 12, 2026, with availability for the school year.
