Physical Therapist

Position Overview:

• Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity at Rehab Visions South Bend PT & Sports Medicine Clinic in South Bend, Washington – OP clinic owned & operated by Rehab Visions since 2015.
• 90% OP and 10% IP anticipated caseload
• AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time
• Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes
• This is a growth position
• Pay range $39 – $45 per hour, depending on experience
• Quality-of-care bonus opportunities thatinclude cash incentives
• This opportunity is sign-on bonus eligible to be received as cash, student loan assistance, career development, or a combination
• Housing stipend of $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
