Location: Richland, WA

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with availability for after hours events

Position OverviewThe Director of Clinical Services is responsible for assisting and consulting with the Chief Clinical Officer to provide leadership, direction, growth, outreach, and administration of Hospice operations and to ensure accomplishment of strategic objectives. The Director is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating activities of various clinical Hospice patient care services.
Minimum Qualifications1. Current Washington State Registered Nurses License
2. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing;
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
3. MSN, MHA, or MBA or four years of suitable management/ supervisory experience and four years of clinical
4. Minimum of two years of clinical experience (hospice, home health preferred) with a minimum of two years of management/ supervisory experience.
5. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing must be attained within three years of employment.
6. Experience in program development, coordination, and management.
7. Access to transportation
8. Valid Washington State driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
9. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
10. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
11. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly electronic health records.
12. Knowledge and understanding of Hospice Care concepts and philosophies.
13. Ability to communicate and respond effectively with patients, families, and others in both routine and crisis situations.
14. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large and small groups.
15. Knowledge of continuous quality improvement management principles and practices applicable to the clinical setting.

CompensationHiring Range: $115,375-$168,248/year
