Caregiver

Addus Home Care is hiring immediately for Home Care Aides. This rewarding, entry‑level position provides consistent, flexible full-time/part‑time hours to accommodate your personal needs while providing a great career with a growing, innovative industry leader.

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments and daily errands

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in‑home care services experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self‑motivated and well‑organized

• Medical and dental insurance through the SEIU 775 and their respective Health Trust (eligibility may vary)
• Enrollment in the SEIU Secure Retirement Plan (SRP)
• 1 hour of PTO for every 23 hours worked, up to 125 hours
• 1.5× base pay for holidays:
  New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
