Receptionist Rural Health Clinics

Receptionist acts as first point of contact for incoming patients either by telephone or in person. This person will schedule patient appointments with medical professionals in a pleasant and business-like manner; prepare patient medical records/charts and billing forms, register patient data into the computer, update insurance information and perform other front office duties as directed by the Clinic Manager. The Receptionist will be cross trained in the areas of clinic medical records and patient referrals.
*** This position will be primarily out of Bogachiel Clinic but may be required to float to Clallam Bay Medical Clinic and Forks Family Medical Clinic as needed for fill in

* QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School/GED, Business College preferred.

Training and

Experience:

No clinical receptionist experience is required but is preferred. References which indicate good attendance, performance and dependability. Able to operate telephone, computer, and other office machines. Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred.

Shift: Full time, 1.0 FTE, 8 or 10 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am-5:30pm, M-F Variable SALARY: $22.45- $35.88/hour DOE
