Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician - NIGHT SHIFT

Coulee Medical Center is seeking a night-shift Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory testing, maintaining quality and accuracy of results, and supporting excellent patient care. This position works closely with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and reliable results, in accordance with CMC’s Mission, Vision and Values.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused, and committed to quality patient care, with the ability to work independently on night-shift and in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Qualified MT/MLS Candidates:

National Certification as a Medical Technologist in the specialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Serology and MicrobiologyA graduate of a baccalaureate program in Medical Technology with certification through a nationally recognized organization (ASCP and/or AMT)
Washington State Medical Assistance License for Phlebotomy within 90 days of start dateBLS certificate required

Laboratory experience preferred

Qualified MLT Candidates:

National Certification as a Medical Technician (MLT)
Associates degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician from an accredited college or university, including one year of clinical training with certification through a nationally recognized organization (ASCP or AMT)
Washington State Medical Assistance License for Phlebotomy within 90 days of start dateBLS certification

Laboratory experience preferred $3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential MT/MLS Candidates Pay Range: $33.94 - $52.61/hourMLT Candidates Pay Range: $29.26 - $45.36/hour Benefits/Salary Benefits Include:
