Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients in the home improve daily living activities and motor function. You will deliver skilled OT services under physician orders and the established plan of care, in collaboration with a care team under the Branch Director's supervision.
The role requires graduation from an approved OT program and state OT licensure, with one year of experience preferred and Medicare home health experience considered a plus.
