Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with an independent community pharmacy in Wapato, WA. Description- Leadership: Oversee daily pharmacy operations and manage a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians
- Patient Care: Community-focused pharmacy with an emphasis on personalized service and long-term patient relationships
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to contribute to pharmacy operations, workflow improvements, and community health initiatives
- Active, unrestricted Washington State Pharmacist license in good standing
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Previous retail or independent pharmacy experience required
- Prior pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services
