Location: Grand Coulee
Optum is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health serving the Moses Lake area in Washington. You will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, daily living activities, and adaptive equipment within the plan of care.
Responsibilities include performing state-licensed therapy within scope, coordinating with the health care team, and documenting CMS-relevant functional status. Excellent communication and independence are valued in this role.
