Position Overview

Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Fragaria, WA. The role involves providing part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. You will help with tasks around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and most importantly offer friendly company.

• $18.00 per hour, plus bonuses
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (available in select locations)
• Flexible schedule – you can choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each, and create your own schedule around your life

• Support day‑to‑day household tasks
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed
• Offer friendly companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

• Age 21 or older
• Able to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check and a motor vehicle report
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle that is at least  or newer
• Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week
