Location: Union Hill-Novelty Hill
CNA/HCA (Resident-First Care)
Provide compassionate, individualized support to seniors in assisted living and memory care settings. Assist residents with ADLs
, mobility
, and meals
, including medication reminders as required. Monitor residents’ health,
observe and report changes in condition
, and ensure needs are met with safety and dignity.
Contribute to a warm, family-like environment by delivering hospitality, meaningful engagement, and respectful care. Work as part of a mission-driven team with opportunities for growth in clinical, leadership, and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities and resident mobility
