Position: Revenue Analyst (Hourly)

Overview

The Revenue Analyst provides support to the Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue Strategy, building business analyses and maintaining data cleanliness to facilitate strategic decision‑making and achievement of the hotels’ top‑line revenue objectives. During peak season, the Revenue Analyst will also take on the role of Group Rooms Coordinator, ensuring smooth and efficient management of group room bookings, supporting the Event Planning Manager, directly communicating with group clients to guide them through the booking process, manage rooming lists, and ensure that all deadlines and requirements are met.

Salary Range: $25.00/hour – $27.00/hour. On‑site position, Monday – Friday with some holidays. There’s no place like Suncadia. Responsibilities
  • Update, process, and generate daily, weekly and monthly revenue management reports for Revenue Manager to distribute.
  • Support hotel’s yield efforts as directed by Revenue leaders, including updating rates and length of stay restrictions in RMS, PMS and OTAs.
  • Build new reports, as needed, to assist in preparation for the revenue management meetings or data analysis.
  • Ensure inventory, sold‑, available‑room counts remain balanced across systems, correcting group blocks that cause discrepancies.
  • Prepare 21‑Day Forecasts and distribute to management team to support adequate staffing levels.
  • Support Revenue leaders through set‑up of reports and systems in their preparation of short‑term and long‑term forecasts.
  • Build rate plans, manage accuracy of rate details in all systems and confirmation emails, and communicate updates to Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams.
  • Attend meetings as representative of revenue team, keeping & distributing minutes.
  • Manage and maintain content and positioning accuracy and relevancy on distribution channels including Hyatt GIS Audit.
  • Monitor and analyze the competition daily and weekly through OTA Insight and STR reports to identify selling strategies and market trends. Alert Revenue leaders to emerging trends.
  • Verify rate parity is maintained across all distribution platforms and channels.
  • Assist Revenue Manager and Director in coding of expense invoices and submission of contracts for approval.
  • Operate as seasonal Group Rooms Coordinator.
  • Review all assigned contracts to ensure accuracy of rates, dates, billing, inventory levels, and clauses are reflected in group room block build.
  • Create and maintain group room blocks, building blocks accurately to contracted and available inventory, inputting rooming lists, ensuring all group block reservations have correct billing, and accurate information.
