Guest Services, Inc. is hiring a Crew Leader for our Housekeeping team at Seven Bays Marina. The role directs daily housekeeping operations, manages staff, and ensures high standards of guest satisfaction.

The Crew Leader facilitates daily housekeeping operations, oversees staff, equipment, and property, and supports financial and company initiatives while fostering an environment of exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions- Maintain GSI Hospitality Standards
- Supervise housekeeping staff
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle complaints per customer service standards
- Monitor setup and maintenance of assigned areas to ensure quality standards
- Assist in requisitioning linen use and supplies, and care of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing housekeepers
- Assist payroll procedures, submit time, and control labor costs
- Maintain a safe facility environment with standards for maintenance and upkeep, food production, sanitation, and employee hygiene
- Notify General Manager of unusual events, circumstances, or safety/quality control issues
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Working knowledge of approved housekeeping methods and cleaning techniques
- Computer proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people and maintaining a high level of guest service
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities, work well as a team leader, and problem‑solve
- Strong customer service abilities and a proactive approach to assisting customers and coworkers
- Move about on foot, frequently relocating within the unit
- Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently
- Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 25 lbs. regularly, 30‑35 lbs. frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Stand for the entire workday and climb steps regularly
- Withstand temperature extremes in indoor and outdoor environments
- Read and write work‑related documents in English
- Speak and understand English with clear verbal communication
- Communicate constantly via verbal communication in a fast‑paced environment
- Physical presence at the job site is essential
- Work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Typical office equipment (computers, phone system, fax, copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Rolling cart
- Cleaning supplies (detergents, chemicals, vacuums, mops, brooms, scourers, hand towels, etc.)
