. This position plays a vital part in ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for guests throughout the property.

• Perform cleaning duties directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor throughout the hotel and surrounding areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces, including windows, surfaces, and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize all slot machines and non‑gaming areas, emptying and cleaning ashtrays as required.
• Sweep, mop, and burnish hard flooring; vacuum and remove stains from carpet areas.
• Restock cleaning materials and equipment; keep chemicals properly labeled and used per manufacturer instructions.
• Operate trash and cardboard compactors following standard operating guidelines.
• Follow procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing, or moving blood‑borne or infectious materials in accordance with OSHA and the Exposure Control Plan.
• Engage in exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests whenever possible.
• Display a positive and professional demeanor during interactions with team members and guests.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Strong guest service and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.
• Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
• Physical ability to lift or move up to 75+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to secure and maintain a STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
