The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full‑time Hotel Front Desk Lead to join our team at Kalaloch Lodge in Forks, Washington. As part of our Front Desk team, you are the first line of communication for guests and the hub of all communication for the property. Motivated, energetic, attentive team members build lasting relationships with our guests from all over the world, creating exceptional experiences for all.
Pay$19.25 – $19.25 / hour

- Ensure team members follow quality standards, deadlines, and procedures, correcting errors or problems
- Provide team members with training in operations, coaching for improvement, and guidance in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
- Support leaders to prepare work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative team members
- Check and balance the daily figures, post room, and tax charges on guest accounts, assisting in daily operations at the front office, providing functional guidance and directions to the team
- Facilitate communication between the team members of all levels and guests
- Implements and maintains Delaware North policies and procedures
- Prior customer service experience and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- High‑level guest experience knowledge
- Basic math and computer skills, as well as experience operating various office equipment
- Good interpersonal skills, as well as verbal communication skills, reading, writing, and speaking clearly in English Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure from guests or supervisors in a professional manner, and recognize the potential for a problem and the rules to solve it
- Able to maintain confidential guest information and comply with PCI standards
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain the Delaware North Master Trainer Program Certification:
