Restaurant Manager
The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all dining operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing, scheduling, cost control, and quality standards across the department.
Reporting to the VP of Food + Beverage, you will develop a high-performing team, partner with kitchen leadership, monitor service delivery, uphold food safety, and push for continuous improvement in a high-volume resort environment.
