Position

Summary

This is an in-office, entry-level recruiting role ideal for a recent college graduate interested in marketing, communications, sales, or business development. You will be trained to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for industrial construction positions, working closely with experienced leaders and hiring managers. The perfect candidate will be driven, organized, people-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Market open positions to attract qualified candidates through job boards, outreach, and referrals.
  • Source and engage candidates using communication and branding strategies.
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Assist with writing and managing job postings and recruiting campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future projects nationwide.
  • Represent PIC at job fairs, college events, and recruiting events.
  • Support onboarding and new-hire coordination.
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent college graduate.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, confidence, and professional presence.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Coachable mindset with a strong desire to grow.
  • Must work on-site in our Woodland, WA office.
