Human Resources Assistant

Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources Assistant .

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and daily HR operations. This role helps coordinate the hiring process, maintain accurate employee information, support new employee orientation, and respond to general HR inquiries while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required: Associate’s Degree.

Preferred: Two years’ recent Human Resources employment experience with focused experience of one year of recruitment, on-boarding or HRIS administration. Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new computer applications and systems; excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management skills and attention to detail required.
