Job DescriptionSubstitute Secretary
Qualifications- Must be computer literate and have the ability to work with word processing, Excel spreadsheet, and school management data bases.
- Experience on a multi-lined telephone system including voice mail.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures.
- Knowledge of operation of office equipment.
- Ability to work effectively with the students, staff, and public.
