• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise and educate customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, with focus on the value to all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers who are seeking to learn more about our products and services.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and stay connected through Company resources.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Ambitious, self‑driven, and motivated by the pursuit of retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; ability to work in multiple locations.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Availability to travel approximately 10% as necessary.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
