Description

Riverside Operating is currently hiring for a full-time Production Technician at our Indiana field location, centered in and around Washington IN. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates seeking a long-term career.

The Production Technician monitors and reports on production, maintains equipment, and performs routine and complex operations on oil wells, gas wells, gathering systems, and processing facilities. The role requires understanding technical concepts, safety practices, and procedures learned on the job.

Pay rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Requirements

The technician performs independent outdoor field work, using light hand tools and equipment. Must have own basic hand tools; specialty tools provided. Work hours are generally 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with rotation for weekends and on-call shifts. Safety PPE is mandatory at all times.

Work schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call availability. Driving approximately 150 miles daily in a company vehicle. Outdoors work in all weather conditions.
