Requirements- JD from a top‑tier law school with strong academic credentials.
- 7-10 years of experience in patent litigation, focusing on technologies such as computer, software, wireless devices, or medical devices.
- Significant experience with Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) practice, including managing inter partes reviews (IPRs) from start to finish.
- Registration to practice before the USPTO is required.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Intellectual Property Practice Group, where you will work on complex and high‑stakes patent litigation matters. You will have the chance to handle advanced cases involving cutting‑edge technologies and play a pivotal role in managing IPRs and PTAB proceedings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead patent litigation cases, particularly involving computer, software, wireless devices, and medical devices.
- Manage all aspects of PTAB practice, including inter partes reviews (IPRs), from inception through resolution.
- Collaborate with a talented team of professionals, providing top‑tier service to clients while advancing your practice.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the firm’s IP litigation practice.
