• JD from a top‑tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• 7-10 years of experience in patent litigation, focusing on technologies such as computer, software, wireless devices, or medical devices.
• Significant experience with Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) practice, including managing inter partes reviews (IPRs) from start to finish.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO is required.
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
