RN or LPN - Med​/Surg

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Medical-Surgical setting.
• Performs nursing assessments, develops treatment plans, and administers therapeutic treatments based on physical and mental evaluations.
• Possesses knowledge of a wide range of disorders, including cognitive, emotional, developmental, social, and behavioral conditions.
• Performs crisis intervention when necessary.
• Communicates effectively with physicians, Nurse Manager, and co-workers regarding changes in patient’s clinical condition, diagnostic results, and symptoms.
• Responds promptly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
• Performs general nursing duties across all departments with adequate supervision.
• Participates in departmental performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and work well with staff across different units.
• CPR and ACLS certifications are preferred. At least 1 year of Med Surg experience is preferred.
