Tessera is seeking a professional and organized Service Desk Operator to act as the first point of contact for all facility-related issues s role is responsible for managing service requests, assigning work orders, and coordinating communication between requesters, schedulers, and maintenance staff.

By ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and clear communication, the Service Desk Operator helps maintain efficient facility operations and customer satisfaction

* Qualifications:

** Minimum 3 years' experience in planning/work control. An equivalent combination of experience and education allowed. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain accurate records is crucial.

Experience with work order management systems, databases, and other relevant software is often required

** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.  May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
** Requirements:
** A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
