Shift: Monday – Friday - Full Time
Pay: $24 – $34 BOE – Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance

Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a flexible problem‑solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute across all areas of IT—including cabling, desktop support, networking, server administration, and cybersecurity. This position plays a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure that powers our rural hospital’s clinical, administrative, and operational systems.
On‑site role with standard weekday hours; occasional after‑hours support for critical incidents or maintenance windows. Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation. The on‑call schedule is shared among coworkers, each covering one week at a time.
Qualifications- 2+ years of IT experience in a support or system administration role.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech, PACS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Linux systems or scripting is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IP networking, firewalls, VLANs, and VPN.
- Experience with security tools such as Mimecast, KNowBe4, Huntress, or similar is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn—more important than specific technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a lean IT environment.
- Integrity and professionalism when working with sensitive systems and ePHI.
- Physical ability to lift and move IT equipment, run cabling, and work in wiring closets.
